Working with multiple clients in Scotland, TechRE has supported a wide range of initiatives and projects including:

- Due diligence reports on data centre assets to support purchasing decisions

- ‘Asset management of existing portfolios, such as incorporating renewable energy solutions to improve the brand’s green credentials and reduce power costs

Mainland Europe
TechRE has recently supported multiple European data centre projects, including:
- The development of a new 100MW data centre development in Amsterdam
- Developing a new hyperscale data centre scheme in northern Holland
- International subsea connectivity planning
